I believe in Love. I believe we can all be free, safe, healthy, educated, housed and loved to the degree of our needs and desires; without anyone needing to suffer. (There is Enough for Everyone!) My mission is to share this belief, and continually create my role in making this a reality for all who cross my path and are seeking happiness. I believe that the more we love ourselves, the better the world will be, because when we love our selves we allow ourselves to live more fully into our dreams. Who do you want to be? What do you want to do? When I'm not writing, or increasing my hiking distance, I'm living our my mission as a practicing Certified Professional Co-Active Coach. Through my coaching I've been able to help people shift, using their own courage, to living the life and acts of living they desire.
